Find a Club
You can find Clubs by a variety of methods, by a map of all the clubs, by name or in a listing by State/Province. You can find the Clubs Display options in the drop down list located under the 'Clubs' heading on the main navigation bar. Example below:

Display by Map
Display by Map presents all clubs on a re-sizable Google Map with a marker denoting where the Club is based. Clicking on the marker will display the information provided by the club.

Display by Name
Display by Name presents a listing of all active clubs in alpha-numeric order with active links to the clubs web site along with the clubs forum and calendar if these options have been selected.

Display by State/Province
Display by State/Province presents a similar view as Display by Name sorted by Country, State and City.

Registering Your Club

To add your club to the DOL Club roster, please use the self service form. You can find the Club Registration in the drop down list located under the Clubs heading on the DOL navigation bar. Example below:

Click on the 'Register your Club' selection to open the input form. Once the form is open, follow the steps below.

Your Details
Input your DOL username and the email Address registered to you. If need be, change the Email Address. We recommend you do not change the username in order for the site Administrator to be able to identify you. These fields are required.

Club Information
Enter the information about your club in the section depicted below.

Club Name
Enter the Name of your Club, required.

Slogan/Tagline
Have a short slogan or tagline for your Club? Enter it in the Slogan/Tagline field, optional.

Club Description
Provide an overview of your club, what is your club's focus, etc...effectively what you want prospective members to know so they will consider joining. This information will be displayed in the map marker details, see 'Display by Map'

City
Enter the name of the city or town where the club is headquartered. It is important to use actual place names to ensure the location can be found, required.

State
Enter the name of the State where the club is headquartered. The full name or official two letter abbreviation is acceptable, required.

Country
Enter the name of the Country the club is located in, required

Club Web Site URL
If your club has a web site enter the address to the main page of the site, optional.

Dues
Provide information on membership dues (if any). Cost, member period, etc, required.

Year Founded
Enter the year your club was founded. Four (4) numbers only, required.

Coordinator Information
Club Coordinators are the "Moderators" of the Club Services the DOL site may offer for Clubs. At least one Coordinator is required. Additional Coordinators can be provided separate user names with ';'. Coordinators must be registered members of the site, required field.

Club Support
Does the DOL site already host a club forum or club event calendar for your club? If so, select Yes and skip to the section below. If not select No and see the Club Services section directly below.

Club Services
Your site Administrator may offer the following Club Services:

--- General Discussion forum for the Club
--- Club-specific event calendar
--- Club Marketplace forum
Select Yes to any of the options offered desired for the Club.

Club Presence Information
If you chose 'Yes' to the DOL Club Support question, some or all of the options below are available depending on what Club Services the site Administrator has chosen to activate. Follow the instructions provided to determine the proper information to submit.

Note:
Once your information has been submitted please allow two (2) business days for your club information to appear in the DOL Club directory and your club services, if any, to be activated.
